WANTED STORES DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR

JOB SUMMARY:

Store Development Administrative reports directly to
Store Development Manager and is responsible for
assisting with all the department’s administrative
work & communications with HQ, Contractors,
Maintenance & other departments:


Knowledge & Skills:

• Basic understanding and knowledge of filing
and computer skills, Microsoft Office particularly
(Word, Excel, Power Point and Project Planning).
• Knowledgeable on CAD Design, and can execute
MEP and Architectural Plan.
• Basic knowledge on civil works and
construction, can supervise the progress of
development to all stores under construction.
• Have a high level of skills on coordination.
• Can communicate clearly and concisely, both
orally and verbally in English and Arabic.
• Organizational skills.
• Flexible time management.
• Interpersonal skills.
