A multinational pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to be based in Jeddah, KSA. The position requires close coordination with external vendors as well as key internal functions such as Commercial, Regulatory, QA, etc.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a challenging role with a reputable multinational company.

Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, coordinate and manage manufacturing and supply chain activities in support of development and marketed products
- Track and share proposals, purchase orders, invoices and payments to related functions in timely manner
- Performs product purchasing, inventory and equipment management.
- Maintains the warehouse work area and receiving/shipping area in a professional and safe manner
- Prepare and update project financial budget periodically and provide necessary information to management and/or accounting
- Interact effectively with Project Team members, senior management, SFDA, and other governmental agencies as appropriate

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Candidates based in Saudi Arabia only
- Must have a degree in health sciences or equivalent
- 4-5years of progressive experience in warehouse management roles in pharmaceutical/ FMCG industry
- Solid knowledge of cGMPs, ICH guidelines
- Knowledge of ERP systems including packages relating to supply chain management
- Effective written and oral communication skills are required to facilitate information flow

Job Description
