J&P (Saudi Arabia) Ltd. is seeking to employ project and senior quantity surveyors, for its multibillion military, residential and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role will be based on site and report to the Chief QS / Commercial Manager. The candidates must fulfil the following qualifications:

1. ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

The candidates should be qualified with a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, with at least 2 years post qualification experience, preferably as a Site QS. Responsibilities will include preparation and agreement of varied work including measurement and pricing, verification of sub-contractor invoices, issues of payment certificates, assistance in the preparation of contractual claims, etc.

2. QUANTITY SURVEYOR

The candidates should be qualified with a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, with at least 5 years post qualification experience and he will head the Site QS Project Team. Responsibilities will include generally to oversee the function of the Site QS Team and liaise with the Site Project Management Team and the Chief QS / Commercial Manager on the preparation of monthly progress payments, variation measurements, identification and preparation of claims and provisions of notifications, provision of financial and contractual advice to Site Management, verification of Sub-contractor’s payments and final account settlement
