Responsibilities:

• Deal with the landscape architect based in London

• Deal with the contractor and his entire team throughout the course of the project

• Deal with a number of parties including demanding Clients, the Client appointed Project Management firm, and the Client appointed Cost Manager and QS

• Deal with operators and their requirements for the leased spaces, which include a big number of F&B outlets and a Cinema complex in addition to Food
Court and other retail zones

• Deal with a number of specialist consultants
such as Marine Consultant, Traffic Consultant, Fire
and Life safety Consultant, ID Consultant, Cinema
Consultant, Landscape Consultant and so on

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering

• Certificate Course or Master's Degree in
